The foundation of our company was laid in 1970, when Halil Aytekin began trading products such as grapes, walnuts, olive oil, and figs grown in the fertile lands of Kilis. Through the valuable experience he gained during this journey, Halil Aytekin envisioned producing high-quality and healthy olive oil, and this vision has shaped every step of our company’s development.
In 1990, Halil Aytekin’s son, Yakup Aytekin, took over the business and made the first move toward institutionalizing the family company. Drawing on his father’s experience and working tirelessly to move the company forward, Yakup Aytekin established a continuously evolving structure over the course of 34 years, ultimately leading to the operation of a modern 3,000-square-meter olive oil production facility.
Zöhre Olive Oil has made a difference in the industry through its commitment to advancing olive cultivation and has succeeded in maintaining the quality passed down through three generations, thanks to strategic decisions. Today, guided by our past experiences and the lessons we have learned, we always prioritize high-quality and healthy production.
